幫助：GoEnglish故障排除小竅門
（語音）
問題1：看視頻或是按下 “Play” 和“Listen”鍵時，聼不到任何聲音。
答復：
檢查你的耳機或者電腦聲音控制的 “消音”鍵。
點擊幫助菜單裏的 “Setting”，確認 “Voice Volume” 的音量設置得足夠大。
使用電腦上的音控鍵，調整錄音和回放的音量。（一般來講，Windows操作系統中，要到Control Panel選擇聲音和音頻設備來調整音量）
問題2：系統聼不到我的聲音或者在回放時聼不到我說的單詞和短語。
請確認你已經下載並安裝了所需要軟件，如最新的Java和FlashPlayer。
檢查麥克風的位置，是否在離你的嘴較近的位置 。
為了讓GoEnglish的語音自動識別器正常運行，網絡連接要穩定而且快速。需要使用寬帶上網，如有綫，DSL, T1等。

問題3：我看不到視頻圖像。
GoEnglish包括大量的多媒體材料，爲了能正常顯示，網絡連接要穩定而且快速。需要使用寬帶上網，如有綫，DSL, T1等。
問題4：視頻播放速度緩慢，跳越或者失速。
有可能是你的電腦配置較低，如處理器或者内存不夠大。到GoEnglish網站，查看系統要求。

問題5：我的電腦屏幕無法顯示GoEnglish頁面的所有内容。
GoEnglish 界面的顯示分辨率為800x600。 如果可能，将電腦的顯示分辨率設置為800x600, 1024x768（推薦）。
問題6：頁面的文字不能正常顯示。
確認你的電腦操作系統已經設置到可以閱讀相應的語言文字或顯示GoEnglish所使用的字體。

問題7：課程頁面和/或界面組件缺失和/或上載太慢。
為了保證GoEnglish正常運行，網絡連接要穩定而且快速。需要使用寬帶上網，如有綫，DSL, T1等。
